Parsley Gremolata

Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 40 g parsley
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 50 ml olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the parsley and garlic and put them in a small bowl. Add the juice of half a lemon and olive oil and mix well. Season to taste with salt.
